1. Electronic & Digital Fulfillment
GoSMS provides cloud-based digital telecommunication software services, Bulk SMS gateways, and WhatsApp Business API developer tools. No physical goods or tangible parcels are manufactured, shipped, or delivered.
2. Instant Delivery Timeline
Upon successful completion and confirmation of payment via our integrated payment gateway (Razorpay):
- Wallet Recharges & Credits: Credited instantly (0–5 seconds) to the user's active GoSMS account.
- API Access & Tokens: Generated and available immediately in the developer dashboard.
- Reseller & Master Reseller Subscriptions: Provisioned automatically upon approval.
3. Confirmation & Invoicing
An automated digital transaction confirmation and GST-compliant tax invoice will be generated and made accessible in your user dashboard under Billing → Invoices and emailed to your registered email address.
