• Account Profile: Name, business name, registered email address, mobile number, and encrypted password.
• KYC Documents: PAN, GSTIN, Trade License, and DLT Entity ID provided voluntarily for compliance.
• Telemetry & Usage Logs: IP address, device metadata, API request timestamps, and webhook status callbacks.
• Transaction References: Payment reference UTRs and order IDs. Note: We do NOT store sensitive credit/debit card numbers or bank passwords. All payments are processed via RBI-authorized payment gateways.

3. Message Privacy & Confidentiality

We treat your recipient phone numbers and message contents with strict confidentiality. We do not sell, rent, or monetize your contact lists or message content to third-party advertisers. Temporary transit logs are retained only for delivery confirmation and regulatory audits.

All web and API traffic is secured with Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / HTTPS). API authentication requires cryptographic Bearer tokens with optional IP whitelisting.
