To provide seamless SMS and WhatsApp communication services, GoSMS collects:

• Personal & Contact Details: Name, business name, verified mobile number, and email address upon registration.
• Transaction & Billing Data: Payment transaction identifiers, invoice records, and wallet ledger entries (Note: Credit card / debit card numbers and UPI PINs are processed securely by Razorpay and are never stored on our servers).
• Service Usage & Logs: API request metadata, IP address, device telemetry, and delivery status reports (DLR).

2. How We Use Your Information

Collected data is used strictly to provision gateway services, authenticate API requests, route SMS dispatches, generate billing invoices, deliver system notifications, and satisfy statutory DLT/TRAI telecom compliance mandates.

3. Data Protection & Security

We employ industry-standard encryption protocols (TLS/HTTPS 256-bit), token-based API authentication, rate limiting, and encrypted server storage. Access to sensitive account information is restricted to authorized personnel on a strict need-to-know basis.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal or client data. Data is shared only with licensed telecom operators (for SMS dispatch), certified payment aggregators (Razorpay for billing fulfillment), and law enforcement authorities when legally mandated under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
